REPAIRS

Servicing is performed for TEGLC products in case they are destroyed, damaged or modified, compared to their original condition upon receipt.
TEGLC products can only be serviced by an authorized TEGLC service.

To make servicing easier and to prevent unnecessary costs and ambiguity, it is recommended to photograph the product prior to sending it to an authorized service and attach the photos to the repairs request.

The customer is entitled to free servicing and shipping costs in the event that the product is damaged upon opening the package, or if within a year of purchase the product no longer levitates, except in case of mechanical damage (dropping, deliberately broken link).
In case of mechanical damage, shipping and servicing costs shall be covered by the customer. Servicing rates are specified on the price list.
